Tuckman's Stages of Team Development

In 1965, psychologist Bruce Tuckman proposed a model describing the phases most teams go through to become high-performing. This model, known as Tuckman's Stages of Team Development, provides a framework for understanding a team's journey and is crucial for effective management. The original four stages are Forming, Storming, Norming, and Performing.
