Corporate Social Responsibility

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a business model that helps a company be socially accountable—to itself, its stakeholders, and the public. This concept is often visualized using Carroll's Pyramid of CSR, which outlines four levels of responsibility. At its base is the \<strong class="text-[\#293241]"\>Economic\</strong\> responsibility to be profitable. Next is the \<strong class="text-[\#3D5A80]"\>Legal\</strong\> obligation to obey laws and regulations. Above that is the \<strong class="text-[\#98C1D9]"\>Ethical\</strong\> duty to act morally and justly, even when not legally required. At the top is \<strong class="text-gray-600]"\>Philanthropic\</strong\> responsibility, or the desire to be a good corporate citizen and improve the community's quality of life.
